IMPORTANT NOTE FOR HTC Sync USERS:

There is a bug in HTC Sync which prevents Job Crafts from working properly with the Phone's Contacts. The same HTC bug does not allow proper use of HTC's own speed dial feature. (Speed dial settings are lost after using HTC sync) We have notified HTC and hoping for a quick fix.
We, at Job Crafts, had a good experience using MyPhoneExplorer instead of HTC Sync (MyPhoneExplorer is a free app from the market)
